Equipment Rental Rates

Discount Lift Rentals strives to give you the best equipment rental rates and keep our pricing simple. Unfortunately life and different laws throughout the world make this very difficult. Our pricing varies from area to area depending on availability, the local rental market, fuel costs, labor costs, fees and taxes.
The following are equipment rental price examples from different regions in the United States. All equipment rental price examples are for the same machine, a 19 foot electric scissor lift rental for a one month rental (20 business day/160hrs). Some locations we are able to give lower rates. In Southern California we are able to waive sales tax because it was paid on the purchase price of the equipment.

In areas such as New York, we must add fees to cover costs like toll fees and union drivers. We estimate freight based on a local delivery. If your construction site is not a local delivery then it will add to the freight cost. Some rental partners consider a 50-mile radius local, some rental partners consider 20-miles or less as local. The best thing to do is call and talk to one of our equipment sales specialist and they can tell you the distance from the rental yard and the cost. Sales tax and other Federal, State and Local taxes are added to our rental rates. These taxes vary from state to state and county to county.
